Jonathan Shamash MB, ChB, MD, FRCP

Dr. Jonathan Shamash is a medical oncologist specializing in genitourinary and thoracic oncology in genitourinary oncology. His subspecialty interest is relapsed testicular and ovarian germ cell tumors and their management including the supervision of high-dose chemotherapy. In prostate cancer, he has a particular interest in the interaction between hormones and chemotherapy. He is experienced in the administration of immunotherapies including high-dose interleukin2 in kidney cancer. Within thoracic oncology, he has a particular interest in thymic cancers and mesothelioma. He has a specific interest in the management of general medical problems as they pertain to cancer therapy.
