Jonathan Sandoe MB ChB, FRCPath, PhD

Jonathan Sandoe was appointed as a Consultant Microbiologist and Senior Lecturer in Medical Microbiology at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in 2006 and moved to an Associate Clinical Professorship in Microbiology at the University of Leeds in 2013. He was a founder member of the Leeds Endocarditis Service, a multidisciplinary team which has managed patients with infective endocarditis (IE) at LTHT since 2004. He has a longstanding interest in the clinical presentation, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of IE and vascular infections.
