Jonathan E. Lundt received a B.S. degree in physics from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA, in 2008, an M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Boston University, Boston, MA, USA, in 2010, where he was a Dean’s Fellow, and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, in 2019. From 2010 to 2014, he worked professionally as a Mechanical Engineer. He is currently a Principal with Nexus NeuroTech Ventures. He is listed as a sole or co-inventor on seven issued and 12 pending patents. His doctoral research focused on the development of histotripsy with electronic focal steering for the noninvasive ablation of large-volume tissue targets., Dr. Lundt is the Founding President of the IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society (UFFC-S) Student Chapter at the University of Michigan.
