Jonathan Jeffers

Jonathan Jeffers is a senior lecturer in the Medical Engineering Section of the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
He leads a team of 10 PhD students and research associates within the Biomechanics Research Group. The team's current research activity includes using new materials and manufacturing methods to create new treatment paradigms in orthopaedics, and investigating biomechanics of the hip joint to improve joint preserving and joint replacement surgery.
