John V. Williams, M.D. is an Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Williams received his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed pediatric residency training at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and worked as a pediatric emergency physician for three years. After a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University, he joined the faculty in 2003.
