John Stickney

John Stickney is the Professor of Chemistry at The University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, United States. He is also co-Founder, of Electrochemical ALD L.C. He is Specializing in equipment for Electrochemical atomic layer deposition, Development of chemistry for the formation of metals and semiconductors an atomic layer at a time using underpotential deposition. He has been teaching chemistry for 29 years. His research concerns the growth of nanofilms of materials an atomic layer at a time, using atomic layer epitaxy or deposition. He invented the electrochemical form of ALD. He grows a wide variety of materials including superlattices.
