Dr. John Pollina is Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the State University School of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and in private practice at Buffalo Neurosurgery Group in Williamsville, NY.

Dr. Pollina was awarded a medical degree from State University of New York at Buffalo's School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences where he completed a surgical internship and neurosurgery residency. He received his BA in Economics from Fairfield University in 1990, Dr. Pollina completed medical school at SUNY Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1994. He completed his neurosurgical residency at SUNY Buffalo as well.

He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and has received many other awards for academic excellence. Dr. Pollina is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and other medical societies.
