John Milne MD, MBA, FACEP

Dr. John Milne is a physician executive, strategic thinking partner and healthcare futurist working with facility designers, technology leaders, and health systems across the country to redefine health delivery solutions. A nationally recognized consultant and speaker, he is known for leveraging a clear vision of future healthcare trends to deliver innovative patient centric solutions. A board certified emergency physician, he serves as Chair of Emergency Medicine at the award winning Swedish Medical Center Campus in Issaquah Washington. Formerly a Vice President of Medical Affairs and Medical Director for Strategic Development at Swedish Health System in Seattle, he helped lead the development of over $500 million in new facility construction. Today, in addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Milne serves as the CEO of Avnew Health, a start-up company focused on population level care coordination, and a strategic advisor to Zoic Capital, a Seattle based healthcare venture capital fund.
