John C. Kim PhD, MA

​Dr. John C. Kim is the Executive Chairman of the JAMA Global Campus, Lindale, TX. He is the founder of the Jesus Awakening Movement for America (JAMA) & Global Leadership Development Institute (GLDI). He is an Emeritus Professor of International Business and Management at California State University, Monterey Bay. He has taught in universities for almost four decades, including Pepperdine University and the University of Alaska, Anchorage, where he received the Edith R. Bullock’s Award for Excellence, the highest honor given by the University of Alaska Statewide System.

​Dr. Kim served as Special Advisor to the Governor of Alaska under governors Sheffield, Cowper, and Hickel for economic development and international trade for 12 years. Dr. Kim has spoken to hundreds of thousands of young people in the U.S. and internationally, calling on Christians to pray for spiritual awakening, healing for the nation, and equipping young people to be transforming agents for Christ.
