John (jack) D. Buckley MD, MPH, FCCP

Jack Buckley, MD, MPH is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency, and fellowships in Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine, and Health Service Research at Indiana University in 1997. After eleven years as a Senior Staff Physician at Henry Ford Hospital, he moved back to Indiana University in 2008. He has been involved in medical education throughout his career, including fellowship program director at two institutions, and has been active in CHEST, currently serving on the Board of Regents. At Indiana University, he has served as the Vice-Chair for Quality and Patient Safety and is now Vice-Chair for Education in the Department of Medicine.
