John Granton MD, FRCPC

Dr. John Granton After graduating from the University of Western Ontario in pharmacology / toxicology, Dr. John Granton completed medical school at McMaster University. He pursued training in internal medicine, respiratory medicine, and critical care at the University of Toronto and completed research training at the University of British Columbia. He is currently an intensivist at the Toronto General Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is the head of respirology at University Health Network, Mount Sinai Hospital and Women’s College Hospital. His research interests are in pulmonary hypertension and critical illness.
