John Gorham MBA

John Gorham, MBA, serves as a Principal Consultant for the Quality Leader Information Connection Team at Kaiser Permanente. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, he worked at UnitedHealthcare in several member experience and process improvement roles. Previously, Mr. Gorham worked as a journalist for Forbes magazine and Bloomberg. He earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business and a BA in humanities from Yale University.
