John Desmond Bokor MB, BS, MHEd (Med), FRACS, FAOrth A

Dr Desmond Bokor is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a subspeciality interest in shoulder and elbow surgery. He has extensive experience in the shoulder and shoulder joint replacement surgery. Dr Bokor graduated from Monash University in Melbourne with Honours and completed his Orthopaedic Training in Sydney on the Australian Orthopaedic Association Training Programme. Following this he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine/Knee Surgery in Sydney and then spent time at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, as a Fellow training in Shoulder Surgery.

As well as practicing in the Sydney Sports Medicine Centre, he also has offices in Wahroonga and Parramatta. Dr Bokor’s hospital appointments are at the Hills Private in Baulkham Hills, the Mater Misericordiae Private Hospital in Crows Nest and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (San) in Wahroonga.
