Johann's background is Biology and he started his business life in 1980 at Bayer in clinical data management.Between 1990 and 1994 he was Head of Data Management at Miles Inc (now Bayer Corp) in West Haven, Connecticut, USA.In 1997, he took over the position of Head of Remote Data Entry Europe and Overseas.December 1st, 2000 he has been appointed Head, Global Data Acquisition and Data Management at Bayer.
