Dr. Turner is an attending staff at the Jewish General Hospital with thirteen years experience in Quebec’s busiest adult emergency department. He is a faculty member of the Royal College Emergency Medicine program at McGill. In 2005, he introduced point of care ultrasound to the Jewish General Hospital emergency department and developed the first core rotation in emergency ultrasound in a Canadian EM specialty residency program. From 2009 until 2013 he acted as Residency program Director of the Royal College EM program. He is now the inaugural Fellowship director of the newly developed Fellowship program in emergency medicine ultrasound at McGill.
