Joe Jasmon

Joseph “Joe” Jasmon is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The LaSalle Group, Inc. In this capacity, he provides top-level leadership to The LaSalle Group’s overall operations and its four divisions. Joe assures that the highest level of care is being delivered by the entire operations team and the highest quality outcomes are achieved. Joe also directs and oversees the expansion efforts of the business, as well as researches and develops new business opportunities in conjunction with the strategic vision of the CEO and goals of the company.

With over 25 years of experience in operational improvement and optimization of resources, Joe brings creative solutions utilizing his successful track record leading operational aspects of large health systems, physician groups, and thriving organizations. Prior to joining The LaSalle Group, Joe was the managing partner of American Healthcare Management Group, a nationally recognized consulting firm focused on operational and financial improvement within large multi-hospital health systems and large physician groups. Joe’s experience includes positions as the Senior Operations leader and Chief Operating Officer for 5 major healthcare systems throughout the United States with cumulative financial improvements surpassing $500 million over the past 15 years.

Joe earned his bachelor of arts degree and his MBA from the University of Illinois – Springfield. Joe is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Knights of Columbus and Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Joe and his wife Amy have two sons and are very supportive of their active sport and academic schedules.
