Jody Logan

Jody Logan joined Genentech in 1988 and has worked in large molecule downstream manufacturing, process development, facility start up, equipment design, and Manufacturing Science and Technology. In 2006, Jody began working on the implementation of POMSnet MES at the South San Francisco Production facility, leading a team of recipe authors and developing recipe standards. Since that time he has focused on tech transfers between development and manufacturing, looking at ways of utilizing technology and business processes to standardize and accelerate these transfers using lean methodologies. He is currently the site head for Tech Transfer which includes managing these systems and business processes as well as a team of Site Transfer Leads and and MES recipe authors.
