Jodi Coombs MBA, BSN, RN

Jodi Coombs has been a nurse for 25 years and has worked in several prestigious organizations such as Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford where she was the Director of Cardiovascular Nursing; Boston Children’s as the Director of Cardiovascular Nursing; Oregon Health and Science University as the VP of Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and Women’s Health, Tufts Medical Center as the SVP of the Floating Hospital for Children and Women’s Health and now newly appointed to the COO role at Children’s Mercy in Kansas City.

Jodi’s passion is around patient safety and creating highly reliable processes around daily operations which include teaching leaders about their budgets and how to bring together the clinical and financial aspects that help set leaders up for success.
