Jocelyn Anne Silvester MD, PhD

Dr. Silvester completed her Ph.D. in Biology at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England, prior to studying medicine at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She completed her residency at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada, and her Fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Silvester continues to work as a general pediatrician in remote regions of Northern Canada as well as at Boston Children’s Hospital. Her research interests include the diagnosis and management of the celiac disease.
