Joao Motta MD

Joao Pedro Steinhauser Motta is currently working as a Pneumologist at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. He graduated in Medicine from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2005. His Medical residency in Internal Medicine at the State University of Rio de Janeiro concluded in 2008. Medical residency in Pneumology at UFRJ concluded in 2010. From April 2010 to March 2012, he worked as an assistant physician at the Pulmonology service at Lungenklinik Hemer, an important reference center in Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Germany. His Master's in Pulmonology from UFRJ, Master's degree completed in 2015. Physician at the Institute of Thoracic Diseases (IDT) at UFRJ, 40 hours a week, works in the routine of the Bronchoscopy Service at IDT, responsible for echobronchoscopy procedures (EBUS).
