Joanne Droney MRCP(I), PhD

Dr Joanne Droney has a specialist interest in adult palliative care and symptom control with a particular interest in the management of pain and constipation. Dr Droney has carried out research into the inter-individual response of patients to opioids for cancer pain. She is research lead in the department and also leads on a number of service development initiatives relating to Integrated Palliative Care.
