Joann P. Caudill RT(R)(M)(BD), CBDT

JoAnn Caudill, RT, BD, CDT is a Bone Health Manager and DXA Consultant, with Charlestown—an Erickson Retirement Community, Catonsville, MD. She is a registered radiology technologist by training with advanced registry certification in bone densitometry with the ASRT and the ISCD. She served on the board for the development of advanced certification in bone densitometry for the ASRT for Radiologic technologists. She is an ISCD faculty member, former board, and editorial board member, as well as being instrumental in the development of the technologist’s syllabus and certification exam. She has published a chapter on Bone Densitometry in Merrill’s Atlas for Radiographic Positioning. She was instrumental in operating the first NOF Osteoporosis Support Group in Baltimore in the early 1990s and has since founded 3 more Bone Builder Support Groups.
