Jill West

Dr. Jill began her career with Petersen Health Care in 1995. During her tenure with PHC, she has served in various roles including Director of Nursing, Utilization Review Coordinator and Administrator. She is a Registered Nurse as well as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. As the Utilization Review Coordinator, she was responsible for training the MDS Coordinators during the change to Prospective Payment System. Jill has written many nursing and operational policies and procedures for Petersen Health Care. In 2005, she became the Director of Clinical Finance where she is responsible for vendor contracts and insurance contracts. She has been instrumental in guiding PHC staff into the complex world of Medicaid Managed Care. Jill resides in Decatur with her husband.
