Jill Sharma MD

Dr. Jill Hargovind Sharma, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. Dr. Sharma earned her medical degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia. At the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, she completed an internal medicine residency and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care.

Holding a particular interest in obstructive lung diseases, Dr. Sharma’s research has appeared in American and international journals, including Biomedicines and PLOS ONE.

A member of the American College of Critical Care Physicians, Dr. Sharma earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where she majored in microbiology.
