Jill Becker PhD

Dr. Jill Becker, Ph.D founded Cambridge NanoTech Inc. in 2003. Dr. Becker has continued to successfully lead its technical, sales and operational functions. Dr. Becker is a specialist in Inorganic and Metal-organic chemistry, ALD system design, and thin film characterization techniques. While at Harvard, Dr. Becker specialized in the synthesis of ALD precursors, the design and build of ALD systems, and the characterization of ALD films. Dr. Becker completed her Ph.D in Chemistry in 2003 at Harvard University.
