Jeysen Yogaratnam has 10 years of professional experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical organizations of various sizes. This is underpinned by 11 years of medical, surgical and academic experience. he industry experience has enabled me to cultivate a strong and diverse foundation for drug development following deep involvement in the clinical development of three chronic hepatitis B direct-acting antiviral small molecules, one immune-based chronic hepatitis B small molecule, one chronic hepatitis B therapeutic vaccine, 6 chronic hepatitis C direct-acting antiviral small molecules, one chronic hepatitis C biologic, one HIV direct-acting antiviral small molecule, one influenza direct-acting antiviral small molecule, one oncology small molecule and one cardiac biologic. To this end, he has led the strategic planning and execution of global clinical development plans and clinical trials ranging from First In-Man Phase 1 to Phase 4 single and multi-center studies. From these multiple clinical trials, he has demonstrated a capacity to successfully manage and lead cross-functional global teams, both virtually and in-person. Having held local, regional and global positions in the UK, Europe, and the USA, respectively, he has excellent cross-cultural organizational working experience. he has recognized as an emotionally intelligent leader who is adaptable, dynamic, analytic and creative.
