Jessica M. Cici MD

Jessica Cici, M.D., is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with a special interest in eating disorder treatment. Dr. Cici joined the Center for Treatment of Eating Disorders in 2014. She developed an interest in eating disorders during college, completing an honors thesis related to bulimia nervosa treatment. Dr. Cici went on to become the clinical study coordinator of an FDA-approved and NIH-sponsored study conducted by the University of Minnesota¿s Psychiatry Department which investigated a novel treatment approach for refractory bulimia nervosa. She continued clinical research in the areas of body image and eating disorders throughout medical school at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago and residency/fellowship at University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Dr. Cici has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Enhanced for Eating Disorders by Dr. Chris Fairburn and in Family Based Therapy by Dr. James Lock. She enjoys yoga, tennis, salsa dancing, and playing piano in her free time.
