Dr. Grossman brings a strong history and knowledge of women's health and the medical device industry to lead Sense4Baby, Inc.'s mission of advancing maternal and neonatal access to health care. Most recently, Dr. Grossman was a medical director at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company, where she supported one of the surgical instrument franchises. Dr. Grossman trained as an obstetrician/gynecologist at Pennsylvania Hospital.

Dr. Grossman served in numerous positions at many startup medical device companies. Dr. Grossman was also the founder, president and member of the board of directors at Gynesonics, an early stage medical device company focused on minimally invasive solutions for women's health, where she raised more than $20 million in venture capital financing and invented and helped develop the first intrauterine, ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation device for fibroid tumors.

Dr. Grossman holds numerous patents and has published several peer-reviewed articles. She earned her M.D. at Thomas Jefferson University and graduated with honors from Brandeis University. She also performed research at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, one of the teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School. Dr. Grossman currently serves on the board of advocates for Americans for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), where she focuses on education and fundraising for underserved women and children. Dr. Grossman also serves on the board of directors of Medicines 360, a nonprofit pharmaceutical company that addresses unmet needs of women by developing innovative, affordable and sustainable medical solutions
