Dr. Jesse John Plascak's research investigates how socio-spatial environments influence cancer outcomes, with the goal of identifying modifiable mechanisms to attain cancer health equity. Dr. Plascak is director of the SPACE Lab (Socio-SPatial Attributes and Actions to Achieve Cancer Equity) and is an assistant professor of Cancer Prevention and Control within the Department of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is also a member of the OSUCCC – James Cancer Control Program.
