Jerry Clay Goodman MD, FAAN

Dr. Goodman is Professor of Pathology & Immunology and Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He is Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education directing the Pre-Clinical Curriculum and he directs the Neuropathology Program. As an ABPN Director, Dr. Goodman serves as Treasurer of the ABPN and Chair of four committees: Credentials – Neurology, Finance, Investment, and Certification Examination for General Neurology. He is a member of the Neurology Council, and committees on Conflict of Interest, Research and Development, Strategic Planning, and Core Competencies. At the AAN, he serves on the Education Committee as Chair of the Program Accreditation and Development Subcommittee, and he has held positions of Chair of RITE subcommittee, founding Editor for Online CME for Neurology, and founding Co-Chair of the Credentialing Council of the UCNS. He serves as Treasurer of the Board of Trustee’s of the American Brain Foundation. Dr. Goodman is an internationally recognized authority on traumatic brain injury. He is Board certified in both Neurology and Neuropathology.
