Jerrica Little is a PhD student working under the supervision of Dr. John Hirdes in the School of Public Health and Health Systems at the University of Waterloo. Jerrica specializes in the mental health division of interRAI Canada, where she researches the utility of various interRAI mental health assessment instruments. Her Master’s thesis identified predictors of alternate level of care (ALC) status in inpatient mental health units across the province of Ontario, using items contained in the Resident Assessment Instrument – Mental Health (RAI-MH).
