Jeremy Palmer MA

Jeremy is a highly experienced leader and manager who has driven growth and transformational change in global financial firms as well as early stage, agile technology companies. After a distinguished career in finance, during which he held senior leadership roles in Europe and Asia at Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan, Barings/ING and UBS, he shifted his focus to mentoring, investing in, and supporting founders, entrepreneurs and leaders in early stage businesses looking to achieve critical mass and create value. Amongst these were the founders of QuantumBlack, which he joined permanently in 2014. He is deeply committed to continuous learning, and the importance of strong culture and values in building successful teams.
