Jeremy N. Ciporen MD

Dr. Ciporen is board-certified in neurosurgery and fellowship-trained in skull base and cerebrovascular neurosurgery. He serves as the director of surgical neuro-oncology Tuality Healthcare an OHSU Partner. Dr Ciporen takes a multidisciplinary approach in developing an individualized treatment plan for each patient. Patients who are surgical candidates will be evaluated for both open and minimally invasive techniques, utilizing state-of-the-art neuro-endoscopic techniques. Prior to joining OHSU, Dr Ciporen served as a neurosurgeon at the Permanente Medical Group, in Sacramento, California.

He also has held numerous teaching and clinical positions focusing on neurosurgery, otolaryngology and skull base surgery at institutions including the University of California - Davis Department of Neurosurgery and the Harborview Medical Center at the University of Washington. Dr Ciporen presents frequently, as invited faculty, on topics such as open and minimally invasive neuro-endoscopic approaches to acoustic neuromas, intraventricular tumours (i.e., colloid cysts), pituitary tumours, brain tumours, meningiomas, chordomas and chondrosarcomas.
