Jens Ricke

Since 2017, Professor Jens Ricke has been Chair of the Department of Radiology at University Hospital, LMU, Munich. Prior to that, he was Chair of the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, University Hospital Magdeburg, Germany from 2006-2017. In 2011 he became the founding president and lecturer of the International School of Image-Guided Interventions. He trained originally at Charité, Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany. His research interests include in particular clinical minimally invasive oncology/cancer therapy, including the development of interventional radiology by means of image-guided micro therapy.
