Jens Mainzer

Jens Mainzer is an attending orthopedic surgeon at the Foot and Ankle Department at Schulthess Clinic, Zurich, Switzerland. He is in charge of scientific development and patient clinical outcome registry as well as resident education. He trained in Thun and Zurich and was an attending surgeon at the Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery Department at Kantonsspital Munsterlingen, Switzerland. Dr. Mainzer attended observing fellowships with leading specialists in the field in London, Amsterdam, Durham, Chicago, Straubing, Vancouver and Toronto. He is focused on forefoot and hind foot reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy and joint preserving surgery as well as ankle replacement.
