Jenny Button

Dr. Jenny has held roles in both the performance improvement and strategic planning arenas. Jenny began her career in Kaiser's Northern California region – working in their Management Engineering department. She transitioned to Quality and Training Coordinator for Patient Business Services department in the north, and led a variety of projects for Southern California Permanente Medical Group’s consulting services in the Walnut Creek Medical center area, prior to coming to San Diego. Her roles in San Diego focused on Project Management and Facilities and Strategic Planning, until moving into Labor Management Partnership (LMP) in 2009. She started in LMP as a Regional Unit Based Team consultant, then transitioned to Group Leader of San Diego’s LMP team – and now oversees LMP, Operations Analysis and Analysis and Reporting in her new role as Director of Business Strategy and Performance Improvement.
