Jennifer Webb MD

Dr. Jennifer Webb is a pediatric hematologist at Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C. where she is the Director of Chronic Transfusion Therapy and the Therapeutic Apheresis Program. She did her pediatrics training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and her Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She received further training in Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking at the prestigious Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Her clinical research focus is on the intersection between clinical hematology and transfusion medicine, including transfusion optimization in sickle cell disease and hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn.
