Jennifer S. Chennat MD

Dr. Chennat is a nationally recognized interventional gastrointestinal endoscopist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various benign and malignant disorders of the gastrointestinal luminal and pancreaticobiliary tracts through minimally invasive advanced endoscopy techniques. Her research investigates such conditions as Barrett’s esophagus neoplasia, endotherapies for pancreatitis, novel imaging techniques such as confocal endomicroscpy, and endoscopic devices and product designs related to guided visualization and targeted tissue ablation. Dr. Chennat's clinical focus involves patients who require advanced endoscopic evaluation for disorders such as complex pancreatitis, Barrett's esophagus, and gastrointestinal lumen and pancreato-biliary cancer staging.
