Jennifer Roth Maynard MD

Dr. Jennifer Roth Maynard completed her medical education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2005. At Christiana Care Health Services in Wilmington, DE, she served as Chief Resident and completed a Family Medicine Residency in 2008. Dr. Maynard completed her Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic Florida in 2009.

She continues as a Family and Sports Medicine Consultant for Mayo Clinic Florida and holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor of Family Medicine. Dr. Maynard recently became the Program Director of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic Florida.

Dr. Maynard has also been appointed to the Florida High School Athletic Association’s Sports Medicine Advisory Committee and serves as the Chair of the Physician Advisory Council for the executive board of the Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program. She also founded the Sports Concussion Program at Mayo Clinic Florida and is a Credentialed ImPACT Consultant (CIC). She has been invited to present at multiple Primary cares and Sports Medicines national meetings and host numerous Joint Injection Workshops. Current sports coverage includes local marathons, triathlons, and several local Jacksonville high schools.
