Jennifer has Over 15 years as a market researcher in the healthcare space, Jennifer has worked with a wide range of commercial teams to identify and answer their most critical business questions. As co-developer of Trinity’s integrated Patient Journey approach, Jennifer works with commercial teams to build in-depth models of the “what’s” and “why’s” of patient treatment and management. Using a range of research methodologies and insights, Jennifer’s work ultimately helps clients understand how best apply Patient Journey insights to key commercial challenges. A qualitative market researcher at heart, Jennifer holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
