Jennifer Hui MD

Dr. Jennifer S. Hui is a Board-certified neurologist specializing in Parkinson's disease and movement disorders. Her research interest focuses primarily on the non-motor manifestations of Parkinson’s disease, including compulsive behaviors, cognitive impairment, and depression. She has studied the behavioral side effects of medications used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, the beneficial effects of exercise on cognition, and is currently examining interventions to treat orthostatic hypotension in Parkinson's disease.

She has served as a site investigator for numerous clinical trials exploring new treatments for Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, and dystonia. She led the USC DBS program as co-director from 2005-2022, and has been serving as the USC/Los Angeles General Neurology Residency Program Director since 2019.
