Ms. Hall is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. She earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas. An entrepreneur, she is the sole proprietor of DANS-Diabetes and Nutrition Services, LLC.

Ms. Hall has more than 20 years of experience providing nutrition counseling, diabetes management, and meal planning in acute, sub-acute, long-term care, and public health settings. She applies her expertise to empower her clients, patients, and healthcare professionals to self-manage their medical conditions through motivational interviewing, behavior modification, diet, and physical activity.
