Jennifer Guild is an RN and nursing leader with 15 years’ leadership experience managing inpatient nursing units (Oncology, Cardiopulmonary, and Medical/Surgical) the Emergency Department and Central Staffing Office. Areas of expertise include leadership, shared governance, workload measurement, productivity management, conflict resolution and coaching and mentoring. A partial list of her accomplishments includes National Quality Forum Scholar, 2017 Legacy Leadership Award Nominee, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Jennifer graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN with a Bachelor’s in nursing and from Benedictine University with a Master of Nursing Science, Executive Leadership. She is a member of ANA, AONL and Sigma Theta Tau. Certifications include Mayo Clinic Quality Academy Bronze Level, Nurse Manager Leadership Certification (CNML) and LMI’s Clinical Scheduler & Staffer Certification (CSSC™), Clinical Resource Leader (CCRL™) and Time & Labor Management Certification (TLMP™).
