Jennifer Daley, MD, FACP, is a nationally recognized physician executive with expertise in private care and administrative leadership. Personally aware of the specific needs and challenges facing transitioning executives, Dr. Daley leads the MyNextSeason Health and Wellness offering with the knowledge and experience to guide clients to a healthy next season. As a physician, businesswoman, and senior healthcare advisor, Dr. Daley draws from a diverse background of skills to assist executives who are transitioning from intense corporate careers by helping them evaluate personal health, fitness, and nutrition; address health concerns of family members; manage stress during times of transition, and set goals for personal wellness.

As Executive Vice President, COO, and Senior Strategy Consultant for UMass Memorial Medical Center, Dr. Daley was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a three-campus, 781-bed academic health center. Prior to joining UMass Memorial Medical Center, Dr. Daley led system-wide improvements as the Chief Medical Officer of Partners Healthcare System. She also served as the Senior Vice President, Clinical Quality, and as Chief Medical Officer of Tenet Healthcare. She was the Director of the Center for Health Systems Design and Evaluation at the Institute for Health Policy at Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners Health Care System. Dr. Daley also spent more than ten years as the Co-Chair and Director of Research at the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Dr. Daley is a renowned scholar, having held professorships at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Dartmouth Medical School, Harvard Medical School, and Tufts University School of Medicine. She is the author of more than 160 peer-reviewed journal articles, reviews, editorials, and book chapters, and the author and/or editor of two books. Dr. Daley received her BA from Brown University and her MD from Tufts University School of Medicine. She currently resides in Lexington, Massachusetts.
