Jennifer Broderick BS

Jennifer Broderick is the Managing Director of the AAPA Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management (CHLM). She has been with CHLM since its founding in the fall of 2014. Jennifer directs the programs and partnerships for CHLM, focusing on advisory services, leadership development, educational strategies, and employer programs. After starting out her career on Capitol Hill, Jennifer transitioned to the nonprofit sector. With more than 20 years in fundraising and administrative management, Jennifer has worked at a wide range of organizations including a large, private family foundation, multiple independent private schools, and as a nonprofit consultant. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two daughters
