Dr. Jennifer brings to Hospice Analytics a robust skill set in hospice and palliative care research, public policy and legislative efforts affecting end-of-life care, education, program development and management, event coordination, and strategic communication. She previously served as Executive Director of Life Quality Institute, Colorado's premier provider of education in palliative care for healthcare students, professionals, and the general public. Prior to taking the helm at LQI, Jennifer was Research Program Strategist at The Denver Hospice, coordinating a collaborative clinical research program with the University of Colorado-Denver, and as Director of Professional Programs for the Colorado Center for Hospice and Palliative Care. She currently co-chairs the Colorado Advance Directives Consortium and serves on the Center for Improving Value in Health Care Palliative Care Taskforce and the Mountain States Hospice Collaborative. She is a past board member and current member of the Colorado Healthcare Ethics Forum and a member of the NHPCO Ethics Advisory Council. She served for 6 years on the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's Professional Education Committee. Jennifer has presented hundreds of educational seminars, workshops, Grand Rounds, and keynotes at state and national conferences and published numerous articles and book chapters in publications including Natural Transitions magazine, CSA Journal, Colorado Senior Law Handbook, and the American Journal for Hospice and Palliative Care.
