Jennifer A. Prioleau BA, JD

Jennifer A. Prioleau is Division Counsel at HP Inc. serving as lead counsel for the Graphic Solutions business group and the 3D Printing business group. Ms. Prioleau provides strategic and operational advice to senior leadership teams and manages a wide range of legal matters including, commercial and transactional matters, intellectual property, marketing, privacy, antitrust, and disputes. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as lead trademark counsel for HP’s Personal Systems Group, which was an over $40 billion annual revenue business that mainly included personal computers, technical workstations, personal storage solutions, and Internet services.

Ms. Prioleau is a sought after speaker on global transactions and intellectual property matters and has presented before Inside Counsel Magazine's Super Conference, Corporate Counsel Women of Color, the National Bar Association, the Pro Bono Partnership, and the International Trademark Association (INTA). In 2007, Ms. Prioleau was selected by INTA as an expert on Russian trademark law and presented INTA’s opposition to Russia’s new intellectual property laws before various US government agencies, including the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property.
