Jenifer Fenton PhD, MPH

Dr. Jenifer Fenton is a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. Her research seeks to understand dietary patterns and nutrients in disease risk, particularly fatty acids. Dr. Fenton obtained her M.S. from the University of Missouri and her Ph.D. from MSU. She also earned her MPH from the University of Michigan. Dr. Fenton is the chair of the undergraduate Nutritional Sciences curriculum committee at Michigan State University.
