Jelena Jankovic MRCPsych, MD

Dr Jelena Jankovic (MRCPsych, MD) works as a Consultant Perinatal Psychiatrist in Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Along with psychiatric nursing and midwifery colleagues, Dr. Jankovic runs liaison mental health clinics in antenatal departments in Heart of England Foundation Trust. She has substantial research experience in the area of posttraumatic stress and social psychiatry.
Dr. Jankovic has worked in a variety of psychiatric services as general adult psychiatrist and has had an interest in perinatal psychiatry for a number of years. On a daily basis (and with occasional struggle but mainly with enjoyment) she is juggling her professional and parental role.
