Jeffrey P. Otjen MD

Jeff Otjen, M.D., is a board certified radiologist at Seattle Children's Hospital and a UW assistant professor of Radiology and Pediatric Radiology. Dr. Otjen believes that the better informed and educated a patient and their family are, the better they and their physician will be able to use the results they get. He enjoys working with families that are engaged in their health care, and working with them to foster a full understanding of their experience in the Radiology department.

Dr. Otjen earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. His clinical and research interests include pediatric musculoskeletal, thoracic, and general radiology, ovarian torsion, foreign body ingestion, use of ultrasound for musculoskeletal diagnosis and medical education.
